Buying as is, where is with no contingencies, warranties or returns of any kind. 5%buyers premium on cash/checks. (Add 4% for all credit cards, 3% for all online purchases. No titled vehicle will leave premises until check clears. Not responsible for any lost, stolen or misplaced items. Not responsible for any accidents. Buyer takes full responsibility for all items purchsed. Buyers will have approx 1 week for removal. Forklift will stay approx 1 week and will be available for pickup the following Friday. All odometers are listed in each items description as what they’re showing at the time of pics. Although we cannot guarantee they are 100% accurate, we do the absolute best we can to make sure everything is as accurate as possible and your experience with us is enjoyable.
