Postponed 10 Days-Live/On-site Public Real Estate Auction-Mentor

This is an open outcry on-site auction on the property. For registration to become a bidder you must (1) register the day of sale with your driver's license (2) present the specified $10,000 non-refundable down payment, either in cash or bank check made out to First Priority Title. The high bidder's deposit will be retained and used as earnest money to be credited towards the price of the home. Should you not be the high bidder you will receive your deposit back immediately. Buyer will have 45 days or less to close through First Priority Title. A 5% buyers premium will be added to the final bid.
